Dr. Robert Palladino Worcester County Arts Council Board of Directors - Director Dr. Bob Palladino’s professional and personal commitment to the arts has been a driving force in his life. He has degrees from the Crane School of Music at NY State University, Potsdam (Bachelor of Science); Syracuse University (Master of Education); University of Sarasota (Doctor of Education, School Supervision). His professional experience includes teaching music (both band and choral) in schools in New York and in Europe as well as supervising district-wide music programs.

Dr. Palladino believes that the arts can, are, and should be an important factor in the cultural interest of all. He hopes to be able to assist in helping to provide defined opportunities for Worcester County citizens to be involved in the magic and wonder of arts-related activities.

Dr. Palladino has had extensive experience in supervising arts education for districts in New York and Pennsylvania. His professional experience includes creating and directing district-wide arts councils and school arts programs. His extensive experience demonstrates his far-reaching vision for the arts in a variety of settings with a variety of age groups.

The Worcester County Arts Council, Inc. is funded by an operating grant from the Maryland State Arts Council, (MSAC), an agency dedicated to cultivating a vibrant cultural community where the arts thrive. An agency of the Department of Business & Economic Development, the MSAC provides financial support and technical assistance to nonprofit organizations, units of government, colleges and universities for arts activities. Funding for the MSAC is also provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency, which believes that a great nation deserves great art.
