Vision
WCAC envisions a Worcester County where the arts are integrated into the education, economy, and everyday life of its citizens. To that end, we envision that:
The lives are enriched by access to and participation in a diverse spectrum of artists and arts and cultural experiences;
The arts are woven into the fabric of daily life—promoting civic engagement and building bridges across cultures;
The arts reflect contributions from all of Worcester County's diverse populations;
The arts enhance the livability of communities and are recognized as a valuable contributor to the local economy;
The Worcester County Arts Council is a source for policy development and builds a strong foundation for the arts in our county.
